Quality Inn near Monument Health Rapid City Hospital

The receptionist Donald was extremely helpful and passionate. Nowadays, not many Choice Select hotels provide Welcome gifts to their loyal members, but this Quality provided me a heartwarming snack and water. My room was spacious with a mini kitchenette. But the cleanliness was not good. There were lots of dog hair on the couch.

This is a decent hotel. not perfect by any means but decent. I stayed here recently on a vacation and the only real issue I had was the fitness center was out of order due to a door lock and the bed had a small stain. Other than that, the service here was amazing and the staff was friendly. They also have a Dover elevator that runs well.

Clean, great price, near hospital. Awesome desk clek, she's amazing. Cool maintenance guy, brought me a remote. He was great too.will stay there again!!

Room was in varying states of disrepair that made the value for the price seem disproportionate and a bit disappointing. Clean overall, friendly staff, and close to the hospital as desired so can't complain too much.

In spite of many negative reviews for this hotel, I believe that your Personal experience is what You make of it and Mine was a very good one, lol... The front counter was Very nice, extremely accommodating with my simple requests and I had a Very wonderful and Restful nights stay! The room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable for me, pillows were all nice climate controls (AC) was on point and I was very happy. Breakfast was available and looked decent, but I already had other plans, so if you want breakfast, you can get a "good enough" one here, I'm a very picky eater, lol, so asking me about quality is not ideal as I mainly eat organic and plant based, haha... In conclusion, thanks for reading this far, lol, I would Definitely recommend a stay here and if you're just looking to get some rest on a decent budget etc, you Won't be disappointed.

This Quality Inn is one of those places you see for pretty cheap on hotel websites, and you may be cautious of the actual quality of the place. I can assure you that it's an excellent stop off the highway and close to downtown. The rooms were clean and the service was so kind--shoutout to April for checking in with us throughout our stay as I went in and out of our room. The breakfast was everything you could hope for with a hotel--there was a ton of variety and all was very clean and organized. My grandma and I liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. It's an easy five minute drive from downtown and we got a few meals there with no trouble. A lot of hotels in this area are pretty affordable, but if you're looking to find that one gem that has the best quality to cost ratio, this Quality Inn is a gamechanger!

Great Location.. Gentleman who checked us in was Excellent.. Views of Rapid City outside balcony with sitting area was a Bonus...Pool Area Clean.. Cons.. Rooms need New Linens and Updates.. Breakfast has options but the hot stuff was cold .. Watched many people try to get stuck waffles out of very old machine.. Please include the waffle spray and /or get New Waffle Maker.

This was a choice stay! Very nice accommodations ~great friendly staff ~ (both am and pm) Also convenient to All our desired attractions.
